Weekend Snack Packs
it takes a village to raise a child and we want to thank our community partners for providing nutritious snacks and meals every weekend! A shout out goes to Harvest Hope Food Bank, Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church, Providence Lutheran Church, and Pilgrim Lutheran Church; as well as our volunteer Mrs. Antal who delivers 75 bags to our school each week!
Our Snack packs are available to any student. Click on the form below to download a PDF. Complete and return it to our school and we will start sending home snack packs the next week!
